1.把全部原材料称重准备好;

2.取一个碗倒入植物油、碱水搅拌均匀;

小窍门&温馨提示
1、做月饼不要选用气味重的植物油,如橄榄油等。
2、筛入面粉搅拌成均匀的面团即可,避免过度搅拌起筋;
3、月饼进炉喷的水少许即可,避免喷太多出现花纹模糊;
